To provide project and administrative support for a typically smaller office, under general supervision. Responsible for a wide variety of duties and tasks to ensure smooth daily office operations, and is the main liaison between corporate and regional offices for many functions, such as Human Resources and Accounting. Responsibilities are non-routine, requiring frequent independent judgment. Needs thorough knowledge of regional operation’s policies and procedures, as well as general knowledge of company policies and processes. May assign or coordinate work of office support, such as word processing or receptionist desk. Has frequent contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•General office management
•Process/review/submit expense reports
•Provide executive support
•Provide project, proposal, and sales support
•Prepare and edit presentations/reports
•Perform budget and labor cost tracking
•Assist in coordinating events
•Various administrative support and customer service to traveling and in-office professionals
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years relevant experience preferred. Intermediate spreadsheet and word processing skills needed.
