Apply and extend the experience, perspective, and differentiators acquired from having successfully navigated and lead management consulting and SI services to drive practice growth, both in terms of revenue and profitability. Leverage and support the existing MC practice areas/services e.g. to sell and deliver work and create compelling end to end client solutions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Senior capture resource within Customer Engagement, working directly with Mark Moskovitz Lead business development pursuits and delivery teams in the Customer Engagement domain. Partner with other MC solution leads to penetrate and/or radiate within client Leadership contributions to define and build out customer engagement solution/service offerings Build delivery teams and consulting customer engagement community of practice Build/maintain executive relationships with targeted clients; existing and new Develop new IP and industry POV and take to market to reinforce solution/service offerings Proposed Allocation of time/focus *New Business Identification and Capture: 60% *Solution Development/Refinement: 20% *Project/Program Executive Leadership: 10% *Misc. Client Executive Activities to support/extend other MC services and solutions within a client: 10%
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Has successfully managed multiple engagements simultaneously. Contributor or leader to acquire new engagements. Typically 15+ years in a business/consulting environment. Business development of 5+ years preferred. Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable preferred.
