Manages small, minimal/moderate projects. Manages one to a few clients and/or projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

•Manages small to minimal/moderate complex projects. Manages one to a few clients and projects associated with those clients.
•Obtains new/repeat business on small to moderate projects. Manages minimal risk.
Key responsibilities will include:
o Hands-on DAS installation experience.
o Small Cell project experience.
o Project management and develop execution plans for construction, installation, and commissioning to meet profit objectives, quality standards and completion dates.
o DAS proposal development and quote, customer site walks, develop scope of work, execution plan, materials/equipment list and implementation.
o Provides on-time and high quality project installation.
o Monitor and maintain the quality of the installation projects by performing in-process and final quality checks.
o Review Method of Procedure (MOP) with customer prior to start of project.
o Update equipment Cell Site records and document accurate "as built" information.
o Develop MOPs for each installation project.
o Interface with the customer as required for clarification on scope of work and meet customer needs/expectations to complete projects on time and within budget.
o Ability to deduct level of effort (LOE) from Site walk/SOW/BOM data.
o Understanding of LOE issues/challenges in large venue environments.
o Understanding of the Head-end build out.
o Understanding of Fiber layout, management, connectivity, handling.
o Understanding of COX layout, management, connectivity, handling.
o Pathways troubleshooting.
o Ability to assist in the Commissioning and Integration process.
o Understanding of venue local building code.
o Ability to lead and manage multiple installation crews/Trade Crews and onsite projects.
o Ability to conduct Safety meeting and enforce safety requirements on site.
o Must be willing to travel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Certifications preferred not required:
DAS Equipment = Corning, Commscope and/or TE Connectivity
Certifications that could be required:
PIM testing, Sweep testing
Must be able to develop client relationships to grow DAS and Small Cell installations
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Certifications preferred not required:
DAS Equipment = Corning Mobile Access, TE Connectivity, or CommScope
Certifications that could be required:
PIM testing, Sweep testing
Technical background that can enable him/her to be the technical SME on new DAS equipment features or functionality
