Support general HR function in office
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Arrange interview sessions by contacting hiring manager/interviewers and candidates.
- Input candidates’ information into Talent Gateway and update candidates’ activities.
- Reserve meeting rooms.
- Understand BV business and requisitions.
- Screen CVs from incoming email.
- Phone screen candidates according to requirement lists provided by recruiter.
- Support benefit reimbursement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- On progress on studying Master’s or Bachelor's Degree majoring in Business, Human Resources or related disciplines.
- Good command of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with background in HR is a plus.
