Primary Purpose:
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of a project over the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control and close). The candidate must have strong technology skills with a strong background in infrastructure in addition to application project experience. The individual is responsible for management of large or complex projects that cross business lines and have considerable impact on the company's business and future. The individual manages cost, schedule, risk and technical performance of projects. Has accountability for stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively, and develop lasting relationships with “C” level executives as well as senior business or technical leaders with the highest levels of business acumen and technical expertise. Demonstrates the ability to handle difficult situations and perform crisis management. The individual must have experience managing projects with multiple vendor contribution, global coverage, and significant cultural challenges.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and monitoring the IT portion of global projects related to infrastructure upgrades, site mobilizations/demobilizations, acquisition integration, legal and regulatory compliance, strategic planning and capacity management.

Anticipates and forecasts demand for these services from Operating Divisions.

Communicates project benefits, business cases, progress and risks.

Develops strategies to globalize and standardize project execution frameworks.

Coordinates the IT architectural standards and assist in development of long term strategic IT plan.

Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS plus minimum 10+ years’ experience in end-to-end platform and project delivery experience.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• PMP Certification preferred or strong knowledge and experience with project management principles, practices, techniques and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating and managing projects and resources in an outsourced environment.
• At least 5-years demonstrated ability to create technical documentation.
• Proven excellence in presenting to large audiences on detailed technical topics.
