The Project Controls Analyst position will be assigned to either a role in Scheduling/Planning or Cost Engineering or a combination. Under general supervision, the individual performs project controls assignments according to training, capability and experience. With additional experience and demonstrated capabilities, the individual is expected to assist in the preparation of larger and more complex project controls assignments.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare baseline cost control deliverables.
• Recognizes issues and advises PCM on matters affecting project execution.
• Interfaces with project team to identify issues.
• Supports proposal efforts as assigned.
• Active in earned value management and analysis.
• Secondary duties may include support of planning and scheduling efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, Science or related fields
• At least 5 years experience in cost engineering related to engineering design projects
• Must have basic knowledge in building logic driven, resource loaded engineering design and procurement schedules
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstration of leadership attributes.
• Must have experience managing: Bills of Quantities, Progress Measurement Systems, Cost Reporting/Forecasting, Cash Flow Preparation and Labor Forecasting
• Excellent command of English.
• Flexibility to travel.
