Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Engineering Standards: Proactively provides guidance and direction. Interpreting, applying and providing direction to larger assigned tasks. May own the maintaining, updating, and developing engineering standards. Provide technical guidance to others regarding projects or disciplines. Quality / Continuous Improvement: Establishes related processes, and promotes a culture that is conducive to quality. Supports continuous improvement, change management and risk management efforts. Engineering Production: Accountable for managing engineering design-related aspects of complex project(s) or small multiple projects, including engineering schedule and budget performance, quality of engineering solutions and deliverables, and coordination of design, procurement, and construction. Orchestrates all technical aspects of complex projects and makes project engineering execution decisions within the bounds set by applicable policies, standards, guides and contract commitments. Responsible for the following: leading production teams; coordinating multiple discipline activity; and serving as the responsible charge for projects. Establishes work plan to be applied to a given project. Project Coordination: Actively coordinates with all other internal/external team members on complex projects. Responsible for coordinating project schedules for multiple disciplines. Client Focus: Responsible for determining identification of key client interests and drivers on projects. Communicates client interests and drivers to project team members and develops approaches to accommodate these concerns in the performance of the work on complex projects. Works to identify future client needs and how to better position B&V for the future. Typically provides support to business development or pursuit activities. Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 5 years related work experience. Total 12 Years of Experience.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Should have hard core design experience with exposure to water and waste water segment. Highly experienced in wide range of areas including design of Reinforced Concrete (RC), steel, pre-stressed concrete (not mandatory), masonry etc for industrial, commercial and/or other infrastructure projects. Reasonably good hands-on experience working with various analytical and design software like STAAD Pro/ RISA etc. In depth knowledge of various analyses including FE Analysis, dynamic analysis, non-linear analysis, response spectrum analysis, time-history analysis, etc. Should have worked in lead roles as a Structural Design Engineer and wants to continue in a technical role Understanding and appreciation of various and latest technological trends in construction. The candidate should be a technocrat and comfortable working in a design environment, be able mentor design teams, resolve technical queries, competent to check and approve designs. Ability to understand, appreciate and adapt to various engineering practices across the globe, exposure to US, Australian and European codes will be an added advantage, though not essential. Candidate should have an excellent understanding of the projects requirements and can work towards timely and successful delivery of work by being an important and active contributor. Should be able to manage deadlines without compromising on the quality of work. Contribute in continually developing structural analysis and design capabilities of the entire team.
