Primary Purpose:
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statutory trial balance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares, analyzes and reviews monthly/quarterly financial statements and various reports.
Researches and analyzes monthly/YTD overhead cost variances to budget and forecast.
Statutory Accountant for Special Projects Domestic and International Offices.
Reconciliation and analysis of BVSPC balance sheet; recognizes and communicate potential risks and opportunities.
Monitor and balance systems to ensure completeness and accuracy; research and resolve differences.
Manage, support and respond to Audit, Tax and Corporate requests.
Trusted Business Advisor to Special Projects Management, International Accountants and Corporate Finance.

Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years related experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast paced environment
Analytical, driven to improve process and excellent communication skills
