The Management Consulting (MC) group supports the Black & Veatch mission of Building a World of Difference by helping our critical human infrastructure clients solve technological, operational and financial challenges. MC collaborates with all Black & Veatch groups to integrate the full range of Black & Veatch capabilities and deliver uniquely effective solutions.
Provides support to Staffing Specialists, in the area of experienced recruiting. Responsibilities include coordinating interview activities, maintaining resume tracking system, and providing general administrative assistance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Initiates and tracks background check information.
• Responsible for ordering recruiting materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college education preferred.
Experience: 2+ years administrative experience.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of human resource information system.
Basic knowledge of resume tracking system.
Basic knowledge of hiring policies and procedures.
General knowledge of Company organizational structure.
Knowledge of special programs as assigned.
Basic computer skills.
Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills.
Basic problem solving skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Good communication skills.
