Mid-level professional position, with responsibilities in one or more related areas: marketing, communications, event coordination, branding, and proposal support. Understands the strategy/vision of assigned work group. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures within work group or recognized body of formal knowledge. This includes knowledge required for complex problems, new project and system development, etc. Uses a wide application of principles, theories, concepts, and draws on previous experience to determine a course of action. Tasks may be more tactical than strategic in nature.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Proposals:
• Participates in the development and implementation of pursuit plans required for statements of qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Contacts internal and external sources to develop pursuit content, winning messages, and themes.
• Leads the assembly of statements of qualifications, proposals and other pursuit related collateral.
• Monitors, tracks, and reports number of submitted division statements of qualifications and proposals.
• May schedule/coordinate work activities for small team of inter-division proposal resources.
• Participates as division or group representative in proposal leadership and other relevant discussion forums.
• Ensure proper proposal reviews take place and that commercial and technical risks are mitigated.
• Ensure proposals are prepared according to brand standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field; or equivalent experience Experience: 4+ years related experience
