Manages medium to large engineering projects involving multiple clients or partners, or small EPC projects with minimal risk. Manages multiple Services clients or a small EPC project client.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Project Manaer will provide overall design leadership and direction for water and wastewater infrastructure projects including treatment facilities, water supply, wastewater collection, pump stations, tunnel systems, etc.)
Provide business development and proposal leadership for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Market and develop new and existing clients.
Prepare Scopes of Services, Fee Proposals, and Schedules for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Manage project teams to meet required scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
Ensure adherence to established quality control programs for project deliverables.
Interface with and manage teaming partners to meet project requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
9 years exp
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Masters in Engineering
10+ years industry experience
Should have water and wastewater infrastructure experience.
Should have extensive experience interfacing with clients.
Should have client satisfaction natural orientation.
