Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an entry level project manager to join our growing team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate would have mostly Wastewater experience and some project management responsibilities in their current role. We have an excellent opportunity to for the right candidate for mentoring and growth into project management. Responsibilities Include: Manages small, minimally complex projects. Manages one to a few clients and/or projects. Obtains new/repeat business on small projects. Manages minimal risk.

Minimum Qualifications:
10 plus years of Engineering experience, Engineering team management along with beginning experience in project management

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Basic knowledge and application of PM processes. Basic knowledge and application of Financial Management. Basic ability to lead small teams. Basic understanding and application of contract commercial terms. Basic skills for managing low risk projects.
