Manages multiple small to medium sized Services projects, and/or a small EPC project. Manages multiple clients and/or projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an entry level project manager to join our growing Raleigh office. We are looking for a local candidate that has existing relationships in the market and is interested in selling work. Responsibilities include: Manages multiple small to medium sized design projects Manages multiple clients and/or projects. Obtains new/repeat business on medium size projects; supports contract negotiations with client peers. Manages risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology or new clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
at least 7 years experience in the local market in Raleigh Both Water and Wastewater experience
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge and application of PM processes. Demonstrated knowledge and application of Financial Management. Demonstrated ability to lead medium sized teams. Demonstrated understanding and application of contract commercial terms. Demonstrated skill for managing low risk projects.
