Primary Purpose:
The Project Controls Sr. Manager/Specialist position will be assigned to either a role in Project Controls, LOB, Cost/Planning Services or Regional Office Project Controls or a combination. This level includes the most technically competent level of project controls/contract administration, and supervisory personnel.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Controls Manager • Leads project controls team on the highest complexity projects. • Assists LOB PCMs and/or services managers in major activities as needed. • Identifies opportunities for improving project controls processes and systems. LOB • Provides LOB services for major projects and capture of major projects. • Interfaces with project teams and Directors to ensure project controls supports execution. • Supports development of project controls professionals and PCMs in conjunction with department head. • Coordinates resource requirements with services managers and department head. • Provides leadership in identifying and addressing major department issues. • Leads development of professionals. Regional Office Project Controls Manager • Fully participates in Energy Div project controls process and system development. • Performs integral functions within the regional office management team to achieve maximum value contribution. • Provides leadership to development of regional plans for project controls support on projects in support of regional execution office and project field sites within region for multiple LOBs. • Coordinates with KC as required in implementing regional projects controls plans. Cost/Planning Services Manager • Leads training and development of professionals. • Develops tools, systems and processes to optimize project controls effectiveness. • Plans for project controls professionals’ development.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: BA, BS, or MS graduate, but may include individuals who have had previous experience within other functional areas Experience: 12+ years Project Controls/Project Administration
