Primary Purpose:
Functions as a technical specialist or in a lead role. With minimal supervision, applies advanced engineering techniques and analyses for problems and methods. Expands knowledge and skill set in area of discipline. May start to expand knowledge in other disciplines and/or functional areas.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Experience in Process design which includes detailed feasibility studies, detailed project studies, basic system engineering, detail engineering, review engineering, detailed technical specification development etc. Intermediate knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards related to assigned engineering discipline to prepare variety of moderately complex engineering deliverables. Conversant with Process simulation using HYSIS, Pro-max, Pro treat, SPDT. Should be able to prepare Basic Process package, FEED package, Equipment list, HAZOP conducting, SIL study, conceptual process study. Shall be experienced in developing PID, Instrument data sheet, flare network sizing, heat and material balance, hazardous area classification, pump hydraulics,Hazop, PFD, material selection diagram, 3D model review, equipment specification, technical recommendation. Recognizes, defines and resolves problems within assigned area. Knowledge of relevant standards is compulsory. Basic knowledge of technical aspects of the proposal, procurement and other discipline preferred. Previous experience with gas processing technologies, LNG technologies, ammonia, or sulfur recovery will be an added advantage Pre-commissioning and commissioning experience of Oil and gas plants.SRU commissioning will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Chemical Engineering Experience (Years) 7 - 10 Years Software Skills HTRI HYSIS Flare net SP PID Pro max Pro Treat Domain Area Oil and Gas
