Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The PMT1 is responsible for managing wireless projects for carrier clients, overseeing all project activities within a given territory of a region/ market, including site acquisition, engineering and construction activities ensuring the successful completion of all required approvals and the Pre and Post NTP requirements for the construction functions throughout the project lifecycle. Project Manager will have responsibility for financial management as well as driving project completion and close-out. The incumbent will have strong process skills, financial management, team management and leadership, commercial contract adherence and management of risk. This individual will be expected to drive strong client relationship building, both internally and externally. Candidates should possess the following competencies: conflict management, client management, schedule management, and delegation skills. Candidate will also possess strong listening skills, the ability to motivate and direct others, strong negotiation skills, planning, priority setting, process management and timely decision making. Drives and guides the project team according to defined timelines and ensures project timelines are met and are within budget. Focused attention on safety and quality management. Project Manager will have demonstrated experience and knowledge of different wireless projects such as LTE, UMTS, ETTCS, New Site Build, Modification and Relocation projects. (we can add this in depending on the supervisors request for the fulfillment of a position.)

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications: 5-7 years wireless project management experience, four year degree

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Basic knowledge and application of PM processes. Basic knowledge and application of Financial Management. Basic ability to lead small teams. Basic understanding and application of contract commercial terms.
