Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced project manager for our growing Santiago, Chile office. We are looking for someone to manage projects as well as develop business in South America. Responsibilities Include: Manages small, minimally complex projects. Manages one to a few clients and/or projects. Obtains new/repeat business on small projects. Manages minimal risk.

Minimum Qualifications:
10 years exp in Engineering and project related work Fluent in English We are looking for someone already located in the local Chile market, this is not an Expat position.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Basic knowledge and application of PM processes. Basic knowledge and application of Financial Management. Basic ability to lead small teams. Basic understanding and application of contract commercial terms. Basic skills for managing low risk projects.
