Learning and development professional who provides learning and development B&V’s Construction and Procurement (C&P Division). Operates as a performance consultant who analyzes organizational, group and individual performance needs, then develops and delivers solutions to close the gaps. Directly reports and works as part of a global learning and organization development team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Designs and develops training courses and performance support materials in a variety of media for delivery on mobile devices, tablets and computers. Partners with other learning professionals, business leaders, and subject matter experts to determine best delivery method of content to meet training objectives. Uses experience in instructional design to build engaging and interactive learning content
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development/behavior/psychology or education or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 8+ years experience in training and development, facilitation, and OD consulting areas in complex corporate environments
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Instructional Design Background.
Highly skilled in the use of recognized web eLearning authoring applications (e.g., Lectora, Flash, Camtasia, Articulate Presenter, Articulate Storyline , Adobe Premier, Captivate).
