Primary Purpose:
Under general supervision provides accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user’s computer application problems of a moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity. Specific emphasis are for this role is SharePoint.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Resolves problems or instructs users either remotely or at the end user’s location, using basic troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Maintains accurate information and data regarding end-user issues with the tracking system and according to policies and standards.
• Maintains technical manuals, quality assurance documentation, and knowledge base. Performs limited application systems analysis work.
• Assists in the evaluation, recommendation, testing, and implementation of new software applications.; Individual contributor with no subordinates.

Minimum Qualifications:
In addition to the education requirements, zero to four years related experience.; Associate degree in Business or Computer Science preferred but not required or related field OR equivalent work experience.
