Responsible for procurement administration and project support, including serving a supporting role to management in relation to the management of the company car fleet and associated services.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs invoice tracking that includes ensuring fleet related invoices are coded, approved and sent to Accounts Payable for processing within the suppliers payment terms. Assists management with the development of specific projects, including the management of fleet supplier relationships. Follows up with pertinent parties to confirm the execution of the project, including fielding day to day fleet related calls. Must be able to maintain and manage relationships while assuring that work is performed in accordance with project requirements. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates supplier and contractor activities, products, and reports for adherence to the B&V requirements. Monitors and tracks all open transactions. Generates records, reports, correspondence, and other documentation in the performance of the work. Reviews contract specifications to determine all documentation submittals required for payment from our customer. Demonstrates ability to maintain multiple projects and priorities at one time and effectively finish projects in a timely manner. Identifies and assesses improvement opportunities which will add value. Capable of performing special projects as requested with minimal supervision. EOE – M/D/V/F
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or euivalent. Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Related Field (preferred). Experience: 3 – 4 years construction or site acquisition work experience (preferred).
