Primary Purpose:
Designs and develops training courses and performance support materials in a variety of media for delivery on mobile devices, tablets and computers. Partners with other learning professionals, business leaders, and subject matter experts to determine best delivery method of content to meet training objectives. Uses experience in instructional design to build engaging and interactive learning content.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Learning & Development team for the C&P Group. Duties may include:
• Providing assistance in the needs analysis process to determine viability of training as the solution to a business problem and to identify the training method(s) to be employed.
• Providing assistance in the production of online courses materials/materials and media-based components of classroom and virtual classroom courses.
• Assisting with other training development-related activities as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants should be enrolled or graduated from in an accredited university and in an appropriate degree program seeking Education or Instructional Design degree.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Skilled in educational technologies (web) and computer sciences
• Familiarity with XHTML, JavaScript, and Flash
• Interest in e-learning content and multimedia creation
• Analytical, highly motivated, and with a high degree of attention to detail
