Primary Purpose:
Performs routine maintenance work.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs routine maintenance work including Office & Cube build outs, moving professionals, snow /ice removal when warranted, general interior & exterior maintenance of buildings and grounds.

Minimum Qualifications:
Entry level position. Some experience with carpentry, building would be helpful.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Climbing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, walking, standing for extended periods of time, pulling, talking, fingering, repetitive motions, lifting, pushing, feeling, grasping, hearing, carrying, holding, seeing, and writing Use specific power equipment such as a snow blower or small tractor plow.
