Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for estimate coordination, consolidation of discipline estimates, and development of final cost basis for Proposal.
Reviews design scopes and assists in development of basis of quantities, and performs related material take-offs.
Prepares estimates of direct labor, subcontract labor, materials, equipment, and indirect costs.
Develops productivities and analyzes consistency with construction operations.
Prepares contingency, escalation and reconciliation for estimates.
Prepares management presentations.
Updates and maintain historical cost data, and performs comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between projects.
Reviews designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggest alternatives where appropriate.
Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Field experience is preferred but not required. 5 to 10 years estimating experience is required.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Experience with Telecom including Tower sites, Small Cell, DAS, or OSP
