Primary Purpose:
The Project Controls Manager/Specialist position will be assigned to either a role in Project Controls, Field PCM or Regional Office Project Controls or a combination. This position has supervisory/lead responsibility over a group of project controls personnel or functions as a technical specialist who develops advanced concepts.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Controls Manager • Leads project controls team on the most complex and highest risk projects. • Performs integral functions on the project management leadership team to ensure project success. • Identifies improvements to processes and leads in developing staff capabilities. Field Project Control Manager • Leads on the most complex construction sites on the highest risk projects. • Performs integral functions on the site management team to ensure project success. • Identifies improvements to processes and leads in developing staff capabilities. Regional Office Project Controls Manager • Leads regional office project controls to support project execution. • Leads in project controls efforts to support capturing new work. • Interfaces with KC project controls organizations as needed. • Anticipates resource requirements to ensure adequate resources are available. • Participates in Energy Div project controls process and systems development. LOB Controls Manager • Works with business line personnel on marketing and key common execution issues. • Oversees project controls teams and plans resources on projects within that business line. • Supports development of project controls personnel. Services Manager • Develops tools, systems and processes to accomplish project control work. • Develops and oversees training programs for the department.

Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years in planning/scheduling, business systems maintenance, cost engineering, and/or contract administration.
