Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Job Responsibilities  Likely to work on US, UK and regional Asia-Pacific projects  Coordination with process mechanical, ICA, Architectural, civil/ structural, and electrical designers.  Independently lead mechanical Building System CAD works on assigned project (s) with minimal inputs/guidance from senior mechanical building system engineers.  Ready to work on multiple projects simultaneously  Prepare Heat load and System sizing calculations  Selection of Air Terminal Device  Prepare Air and Water distribution schematics  Carry out ESP calculations  Prepare HVAC layout and sections on CAD and Revit  Prepare HVAC details and Schedules  Prepare Sequence of operation with minimal guidance from senior Mechanical BS engineers  Carry out Duct and pipe sizing using software or using look up tables  Involvement with project site activities if required. Essential Job Qualifications: Engineering:  Significant experience with a consultant in a design capacity preparing engineering deliverables  Understanding of HVAC Systems to prepare drawings.  Exposure to water and wastewater treatment plants preferred  Exposure to Design of ancillary systems including Mechanical, Plumbing Pumping systems, and fire protection  Preparation of air and water flow schematics.  Duct and pipe sizing calculations  High level of understanding of NAVIS works software.  Experience in working on a 4D environment preferred.  Site construction/ EPC experience will be beneficial, but not essential CAD Abilities  Having minimum 2 years’ experience in Revit 3D modeling  Develop Revit families (both non parametric & parametric)  Develop 2D sheets Plan & sections from 3D model  Having knowledge and experience on Revit Central model, define Worksets would be an additional advantage.  Preparing equipment, earthing, lighting, small power and cabling layout drawings, detail drawings and as-built drawings  HVAC and Plumbing routing layout drawings, detail drawings and as-built drawings  Scheduling take off/bill of quantities/material take offs  Develop details from the schematic designs under the guidance of senior engineers.  Clash detection  Preparation of Piping Isometric drawings preferred  Performed tasks assigned independently with minimum guidance from the seniors in the discipline.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical engineering Experience – 5+ years Software Abilities  AUTOCAD, Revit-2013, Microstation, Navis work Softskills  Shall ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks within the discipline- within home office and with overseas counterparts  Responsible for compliance with QA/QC procedures and implementation of procedures.  Good writing skills, presentation and oral communication skills

Basic knowledge of company quality program. Intermediate ability to interpret engineering deliverable content as assigned. Basic knowledge of other disciplines. Basic knowledge of construction & constructability practices & principles.
