Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• The candidate shall have experience in detailed Civil/Site design of combined cycle and/or fossil fuel fired power plants and Oil & Gas facilities. He / She will be able to perform the following tasks:

o Layout and Site arrangement of Power and Petrochemical Plants.
o Design of Underground Utilities viz. Piping and Ductbanks
o Design of area grading, plant storm water drainage system and sanitary sewer system.
o Responsible for planning of road layouts and design of flexible/rigid pavements
o Preparation of MTO/BOQs and Cost Estimates
o Preparation of technical specifications, enquiry documents and bid evaluation
o Vendor drawing review
o Knowledge of international and Indian codes
o Preparation of feasibility reports, and project reports
o Owner’s engineering services
o Independent engineering services
• Functions in a mid-level engineer capacity, or technical specialist. Under general supervision, performs a variety of moderately complex engineering deliverables (as listed above) including recommendations for equipment and/or materials selection. Collects, assimilates, and manages data for engineering work Understands and adheres to budget, schedule, and analysis. Broadens knowledge and skill set in area of discipline. May start to expand knowledge in other disciplines and/or functional areas.
• Continues to learn and remains current on departmental design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes and B&V policies and procedures and applies to assigned tasks as appropriate. Supports continuous improvement and change management efforts.
• A good communicator who assigns tasks to and coordinates with other internal/external team members. Initiates contact with other disciplines as needed to identify and coordinate details of the work. Shares current knowledge of latest technology and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualification
Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Masters in Water Resources, Hydraulics or Transportation Engineering is preferable

Experience (Years)
Minimum of 4 to 6 years in detailed Civil/Site design of combined cycle and/or fossil fuel fired power plants, petrochemical or industrial experience.

Software Skills
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Desirable to have working level experience on StormCAD, Flow Master and Culvert Master
