Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and provide overall program/project leadership and direction for water and wastewater infrastructure programs and projects including treatment facilities, water supply, wastewater collection, pump stations, tunnel systems, etc. Programs/projects may include studies, planning, design, construction, and/or design/build.
Provide business development and proposal leadership for water and wastewater infrastructure programs/projects.
Market and develop new and existing clients.
Prepare Scopes of Services, Fee Proposals, and Schedules for water and wastewater infrastructure programs/projects.
Manage project teams to meet required scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
Ensure adherence to established quality control programs for project deliverables.
Interface with and manage teaming partners to meet program/project requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
9 years exp of engineering or project management experience.
Bachelors Degree in an Engineering Discipline

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Masters in Engineering
10+ years industry experience
Should have water and wastewater infrastructure experience.
Should have extensive experience interfacing with clients.
Should exhibit natural client satisfaction orientation
