This role will support Human Resources as the primary administrator of the HR Global Operations SharePoint intranet, and data support systems for analytics and reporting. This position will be responsible for design and administration of Human Resources SharePoint sites and processes that define a positive experience for Black & Veatch professionals, satisfy the requirements of functional groups and stakeholder clients, and support analytics data maintenance and acquisition. Works under minimal supervision.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the administration, development and maintenance of the Human Resources sites, Knowledge Library and HR community sites. Serve as the project manager for HR SharePoint solutions and any related enhancements/integrations.
• Serve as SharePoint subject matter expert and program administrator on behalf of various HR Centers of Expertise. Consult and develop internal SharePoint solutions to automate new and existing human resources processes.
• Consult with stakeholders to develop forms and sites to share information, collect data, and initiate workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics and reporting, administrating the SharePoint HR analytics remote BLOB storage (RBS) site; using Alteryx and Tableau.
• Query HRIS for reporting and data quality audits.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Information Systems/Management, Human Resources, or related field OR equivalent business experience.
Experience: 5+ years of progressive information systems experience in an enterprise environment. Experience with SharePoint 2010, HRIS (PeopleSoft, Kenexa, SuccessFactors), and Tableau preferred.

• Ability to translate accurate understanding of client requirements into SharePoint based solutions.
• Capable of managing all aspects of medium-sized technology implementations.
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• SharePoint 2010/2013 experience, including: SP Designer, InfoPath
• Experience using and writing SQL to query relational databases
• Tableau and/or Alteryx experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Continuous improvement experience
