The primary role consists of coordinating GCs for troubleshooting purposes. When Integration attempts fail and AT&T/Lucent determines the issue is tower work related, the contractor must be dispatched to make corrections. If the original GC is unavailable, a 3rd party GC must be acquired to perform the troubleshooting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling of tower crews
Track troubleshooting progress
Coordinate replacement material purchase, delivery and return
Reporting progress and completions back to AT&T (conference call and email)
Determine root cause of failure for invoicing
Review of GC invoices and process for payment
Preparing invoices for items that are billable to AT&T

Minimum Qualifications:
2 years with a degree or 3 years at Superintendent level; Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or heavy industrial experience preferred, or relevant experience.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant (Wireless and OSP/ISP telecommunication industry) Construction
Experience required.
•Must be knowledgeable in quality construction practices.
•Knowledge and experience in wireless construction and telecommunication technology.
•Strong interpersonal skills required.
•Experience/knowledge of Quality, Cost, Safety, and Schedule management required.
•Travel may be required as well as the ability to commit to long-term on site assignments.
•Responsible for coordination of the construction on the project.
•Coordinates with subcontractors the schedule, safety, cost, and quality decisions in
conjunction with the Lead Construction Manager.
