The Telecommunications Division delivers telecommunication infrastructure solutions to utilities, local and state government agencies and the commercial wireless industry. Primary Purpose:
Coordinates pre and post-construction environmental compliance process for assigned projects. Monitors compliance in regards to FAA/FCC guidelines for RF Exposure Safety and National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA). Completes summary of scope of work and summary of existing environmental and NEPA reports. Monitors and tracks progress on all open compliance transactions. . Receives third-party vendor deliverables. Ensures compliance to the quality and safety goals and objectives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates Pre and Post Construction environmental compliance process for assigned projects Monitors compliance in regards to FAA/FCC guidelines for RF Exposure Safety and NEPA / SHPO Retrieves and reviews Phase 1 environmental reports against proposed scope of work for compliance requirements. Communicates activities with B&V team members, and other departments as needed Orders applicable Compliance documents per FAA/FCC, RF Safety and Client guidelines Coordinates purchase orders / financial approval for scope of work Receives 3rd party vendor deliverables Coordinates with Construction team for implementation of required Notices and Postings on site Performs updates of Client Regulatory Databases Performs upload of Compliance Deliverables to Siterra as requested by Client Provides Compliance Deliverables to Close Out team, as applicable Updates internal Black & Veatch databases as required Provides status reports to Compliance Manager Reviews and approves site specific documents. Reviews the quality and completeness of site specific documentation Monitors and tracks progress on all open transactions. Maintains a high degree of customer service and integrity when dealing with clients Other duties or special projects, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Prefer 2 year degree, or equivalent work experience Experience: 1 year telecommunications industry experience, desired. Knowledge of tower industry is desired. Previous experience with environmental reporting is desired.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Ability to work independently as well as with others Excellent oral and written communications skills Real estate, sales, or legal negotiation experience strongly desired Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively Ability to read and comprehend legal documents such as legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title policies, subordination, and CAD drawings Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Adheres to, supports and enhances the Divisions Environmental, Safety, Health and Security Program and enhances the Divisions Quality Management System
