The Telecommunications Team delivers telecommunication infrastructure solutions to utilities, local and state government agencies and the commercial wireless industry. Primary Purpose:
Functions as a technical specialist or in a lead role. With minimal supervision, applies advanced engineering techniques and analyses for problems and methods. Expands knowledge and skill set in area of discipline. May start to expand knowledge in other disciplines and/or functional areas.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1) ATT LTE design experience preferred but not required. 2) Must be knowledgeable in multi-technology site configuration and implementation 3) Atoll tool experience strongly encouraged, but not required if proficiency can be shown in other tools. 4) Candidate must have understanding of LTE fundamentals-link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI’s, etc. 5) Understand plumbing diagrams and able to create them 6) Able to identify and interpret customer requirements and provide creative solutions to address them, as needed. 7) Work with customer RF Lead to understand/clarify the design method and procedures. 8) Collect all the design required data including market site database, geographical information, design assumptions, service expectation, antenna type, regulatory data etc. 9) Quality Control and Maintenance of RF Data sheet (RFDS) repository for site implementation and construction, for the project, via consistent coordination with the customer RF lead. 10) Study RF design coverage maps and identify problem areas in terms of coverage, interference, or pilot pollution. 11) Must have a good understanding of the RF Pathloss and Link Budget. 12) Able to testify in zoning board meetings to justify the cell sites. 13) Prefer fundamental understanding of AT&T small cell solutions and should be able to work with customer RF lead to provide training to the project staff with detailed small cell design methodologies. 14) Experience is preferable in identifying the viable candidates for AT&T small cell solutions, by coordinating with the customer RF lead, per the requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 5 years related work experience Prefer 7+ years of RF Design experience.
