Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and/or compiles construction estimates relating to the Construction Management and Indirect costs of executing a project. Work with operations to develop staffing and equipment schedules to prepare cost estimates. Enters the information into the estimating software for inclusion in an estimate. Assists in the preparation of larger and more complex estimating assignments. Assist in developing Indirect estimate comparables to recent projects for comparisons.

Minimum Qualifications:
2 to 5 years Construction estimating experience is required.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Construction Site Field experience is not required but is considered a plus.
