Our services encompass planning, design, procurement, construction, startup, optimization and maintenance.
Provide architectural technical support in the form of drawings and specifications, analysis and studies for domestic and international industrial projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, coordinates and reviews all project architectural design criteria technical information and construction documentation; provides guidance in the generation of interior space design/layouts and building appearance. Performs Life Safety Code Reviews. Reviews the work of others as assigned. Coordinates the selection of finish materials and colors for final recommendation. Plans and conducts conferences with clients, project personnel, vendors and contractors as required to complete the appointed facility scope. Supports continuous business improvement efforts, including updating standard specifications and department standards and guides, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture from a recognized program/university (Bachelor’s plus Master’s degree, 6 year minimum education). Minimum of 5 years of experience performing architectural related duties.
Architect’s license.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
2 years of Industrial Architecture experience. NCARB Certificate. Wiliness to work in a dynamic team environment.
